Carole Cancler is a business and technology professional with a background in software development and food science. Currently, she focuses on website content development.

Her two cookbooks detail food preservation methods and she is developing a Food Preservation Expo to re-introduce age-old food preservation practices to the general public. 

Her former company, Private Chef, Inc. produced and marketed frozen gourmet meals in the Seattle area for 14 years. Prior to that, Carole spent 11 years at Microsoft, holding positions as a software test engineer, test manager, and program manager.
